I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the overall condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The rooms were outdated and cleanliness seemed to be an issue. On the brighter side, the dining options were decent and the pool area was a nice touch for relaxation. However, soundproofing in the rooms is definitely needed for a better experience.

The hotel unfortunately did not meet my expectations. The rooms were in desperate need of an upgrade and very dated, and I had some serious concerns about cleanliness. The staff seemed overwhelmed during meal times which made dining a chaotic experience. However, I must mention the garden space which provided a lovely outdoor area to relax when the weather was nice. Overall, I would look elsewhere next time.

I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. Despite its promises of a luxurious spa experience, I encountered several issues that marred my visit. The rooms left much to be desired, particularly with cleanliness, while the service was quite lacking in efficiency. The pool area had its moments, but overall, it didn't meet my expectations for a spa hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Rooms

The room I stayed in had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, and the cleanliness was subpar with pubic hair found in the bathroom. I also expected a proper double bed but was disappointed to find two singles pushed together.

The service was frustratingly slow, with the staff unable to manage a busy check-in smoothly and the receptionists being rather inattentive. It took far too long to get assistance, which was not ideal.

The hotel is somewhat isolated on the outskirts of town, limiting dining options and convenience. While it provides easy access to local attractions, the lack of nearby amenities was a drawback.
Dining

Dining was disappointing with basic food options that seemed unappealing compared to what one would expect at a spa hotel. The plates were often cold, and service during meals was inattentive.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area had potential but was not well-maintained, which detracted from the leisure experience. The spa pool was out of order during my stay, which was quite disappointing.
